Oxford United Women face Portsmouth Women away from home this Sunday 16th April.
Kick off is at 2PM at Westleigh Park. Tickets cost £7 for adults, £4 for Disabled Supporters and Seniors (65+) and £3 for Juniors and can be bought online HERE or on the gate.
The U’s suffered their first defeat of the season at Westleigh Park in December, losing 1-0 in the FAWNL Cup just before Christmas.
This game will be vital in the title race, as Portsmouth sit in fourth place only two points behind the U’s at the top of the table, though the Yellows do have a game in hand.
Oxford still have to play all three of their title challengers, after games against Watford and Ipswich were both called off due to waterlogged pitches.
Manager Liam Gilbert knows his side will have to fight for every ball in the final four games
"The glory of the games we've got coming up is that they're all title challengers coming up against eachother. Portsmouth are in a fantastic vein of form so I'm sure they'll be flying with confidence.
"We've been looking forward to it and we've been waiting a long time to play these kinds of games. Wednesday added a bit more fuel to the fire in terms of the girls wanting to play and they've trained really well this week.
"Sunday showed how important every player is in this group. We've made some changes and I'm sure we'll make more as the games come. Every player knows what their role and responsibility is and what they need to do to add to the performance.
"We'll never stop trying to look at new things and ways that we think we can exploit the opposition. We're all moving in the same direction, this group of players encourage eachother and support the next person that comes off the bench so well.
