Following internal staff promotions the OUFC Boys EPPP Academy are looking to add to their excellent existing team of full-time staff with the addition of a new “Lead Academy U19 Physiotherapist” working with our U19’s full-time programme.

Job Description
Title: Lead Academy U19 Physiotherapist

Location: OUFC Training Complex, Roman Way, Oxford, OX33 1RT

Accountable to: Head of Academy Medical
Reports to: Head of Academy Medical

Reporting directly to the Head of Academy Medical Services, prospective candidates will be joining Oxford United at an exciting time in the club’s history: with a newly renovated Training Ground, measurable progress being made toward Category Two Academy status, and the proposed development of a brand new stadium.

The successful candidate will have a fierce commitment to clinical excellence and a willingness to work closely with the club’s athletic performance and coaching staff. Based at the first team training ground, this exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate have day-to-day clinical responsibility for all U19 players: leading injury prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, U19 match-day cover, attending morning MDT meetings, communicating player availability to Academy Head of Medical and First Team staff, and exposure to the U23’s and First Team when required.
