Oxford United U18s travel to AFC Wimbledon in the Youth Alliance Cup this afternoon.
The U’s will play away in the third round of the cup, at KCL King’s Sports Ground. Kick off is at 1 PM.
AFC Wimbledon currently sit second in the South East Division of the Youth Alliance League.
Manager Chris Hackett told us
“Wimbledon are a very good side, and they’ll present us with lots of challenges. We’re feeling good at the minute after two good results against Bournemouth and Horndean so we know the boys will be up for it and we look forward to the chance to progress in the Cup.”
If the U’s win today, they will face Cambridge United U18’s in the Fourth Round this Saturday. If they are knocked out, they will play at home to Forest Green Rovers in the Youth Alliance League.
