Oxford United currently have opportunities for Hospitality Stewards to join our matchday team.
We are looking for friendly and charismatic individuals to welcome and look after our corporate clients and guests.
You’ll be part of the small professional team that goes the extra mile to ensure we exceed our visitors’ expectations
Responsibilities include offering the highest standards of customer service whilst maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
This role would suit an SIA licence holder or those with hospitality experience. Training will also be given.
Applicants should be over the age of 18 and be available to work on all Saturdays when the club is playing at home, and during the week as the fixture calendar warrants. Successful applicants should also be:
- Outgoing, positive personality.
- Good customer service skills.
- Well presented (Smart uniform expectations specific to the role).
- Work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
