Oxford United Football Club continue to strive to improve the matchday experience for both home and away supporters.
Last season saw the U's consistently hit record attendances at the Kassam Stadium and with season ticket sales set to exceed 5,000 supporters the club requires additional support on matchdays as we build on that success.
The club are actively seeking hardworking, flexible and reliable Matchday Operations Assistants to fulfil a number of roles across the stadium.
Reporting to the Head of Club Operations Andy Taylor, successful applicants will be able to support the club by performing tasks such as turnstile operators, programme sellers, supporter ambassadors or setting up and taking down equipment and escorting supporters.
No two match days are the same and with more supporters than ever expected to come through the turnstiles at the stadium this year there has never been a better time to join the OUFC family.
As this is a supporter facing role successful candidates will be expected to be customer focused, professional and display integrity always.
No formal qualifications are required for this role; however, applicants will be expected to have a good understanding of numeracy and literacy. Full training will be given
In return for your commitment, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, uniform and the opportunity to watch home games (subject to job role).
Successful applicants must be able to commit to working at all home games. Working hours vary.
