Oxford United are pleased to welcome Swim School of Oxfordshire as Match Sponsor for the Sky Bet League 1 encounter with Exeter City on New Year’s Day, 3pm.
Swim School of Oxfordshire have been teaching children and adults to swim since 2016, currently operating from two of Oxford’s fantastic facilities, Oxford University Sports Complex and Oxford High School.
The local swim school offer lessons throughout the year and intensives over the holidays. They operate smaller groups to give the swimmers more instruction time and are delighted to have some of the best teachers in the area, with a passion to help each student reach their potential.
Swim School of Oxfordshire has recently formed a Holiday Club that runs in the school holidays from Oxford University Sports on Iffley road and is designed to offer a fun holiday club for children aged 4-12 years of age.
Ahead of the game with Exeter City, we spoke with Swim School of Oxfordshire’s Owner, Wayne Hawkins on the match sponsorship:
“Being a local Oxfordshire business, Oxford United is our club and has been for some time. We have witnessed the highs and lows, with the lows making you realise what the club means to you and makes you enjoy the highs even more.
“We have sponsored match balls, captains’ armbands and always look to support the club on one match a season, so we’re delighted to step up to sponsor the New Year’s Day against the Grecians.
“When you start becoming successful and getting close to promotion, the expectation levels increase, and with every success story it’s not always as straight forward as we as fans would like.
