Women's Season Ticket Sales Double

Oxford United Women have doubled their season ticket sales from last year.

There’s excitement building around Court Place Farm as the Women’s National League rapidly approaches.

United Women face Bridgwater United in the season opener this Sunday at Court Place Farm, kick-off at 2 PM.
Season tickets did record sales in the first 24 hours of going live, and have since doubled last season’s tally.
Manager Liam Gilbert said

“It's amazing and we want to thank the fans. The more people that have season tickets means the players and the staff know we can count on that support a little bit more. It’s been so great seeing fans of all ages come and make Court Place Farm a bit of a fortress for us and long may that continue.

“In pre-season it has given us that edge to keep working right until the last minute and we really value that going into the season, so get yourself a season ticket and come and see what we are about.”

Season tickets for the Women’s campaign in the FA Women’s National League are still on sale, and will only cost you £40.00 for adults and £20.00 for concessions.

Under 16’s always go free to Oxford United Women’s games.

As well as this, if you already have a Men’s season ticket, you can get a Women’s one for concession price: just £20.00.

United have made some experienced signings in Shelly Provan (Southampton), Leah Burridge (Wolves), and Naomi Cole (Crawley Wasps), as well as giving chances to plenty of Oxfordshire players that have developed at the club.

Coming off the back of two seasons in which the team narrowly missed out on promotion, there’s never been a better time to get behind the Women support Women’s football, and help the side win promotion to the Championship.
