PREVIEW Oxford United v Accrington Stanley

Oxford United welcome Accrington Stanley to the Kassam Stadium this evening in Sky Bet League 1 (7.45pm)

TEAM NEWS
The U's have no new injury worries after Saturday's home game against Gillingham and name an unchanged squad.

Marcus McGuane and Jamie Hanson are back in training and close to a return but Karl Robinson's main decision is whether Cameron Brannagan, Sam Long and Elliott Moore can cope with two games in quick succession after returning to the team on Saturday.

THE OPPOSITION
Boss John Coleman was left frustrated after a 3-3 draw with Morecambe at the weekend but his side remain a point ahead of the U’s in the League 1 table.

“We haven’t won in three now but we have to just keep going” he said. “We have a clean bill of health and a good squad.

“I know Karl really well and his sides always play good football. They have always been a good team and historically they start slow and then they pick up. If you watch their last four games they should have got more out of them then they did but you get runs like that where the ball just doesn’t bounce for you and you don’t get the results you deserve. It’s going to be a tough game for us but they are always good games when we play against each other”.

Sean McConville stands by for his 350th appearance for Accrington.
