Oxford United Women’s defender Gemma Sims has been keeping herself busy in the absence of playing football, producing her favourite, fruity smoothie containing the club’s Training Wear partner, Chaokoh’s coconut milk.
Gemma’s “Triple S” smoothie is a simple recipe that can be made in a few minutes to start your day in the right way.
Made with her little helper, Gemma and her daughter have encouraged the Yellow Army to get involved and produce either the “Triple S” or their own favourite smoothies. There is a chance to win a crate of Chaokoh’s coconut milk or water: All you need to do is retweet or share Gemma’s smoothie video on a social media platform to enter.
You can watch Gemma’s step-by-step video on how to produce the “Triple S” above.
