Oxford United Women are looking for coaches and support staff to join the club within the First Team, the new Development Squad and the RTC.
The successful team are looking forward to another exciting season and are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about taking the profile of the women's game to the next step.
A range of roles are available at the club including
- Coaching roles within the RTC & Development Centre
- Head of Medical to oversee the Women’s and Girls Programme
- Head of Performance to oversee the Women’s and Girls Programme
- Support staff roles – Medical cover, S&C, Video Analyst, Safeguarding & Welfare.
