Herbie Kane was this evening, belatedly, presented with his Player of the Month award for November.
The on-loan Barnsley man edged out Luke McNally by just three votes in the tightest poll we have ever had, but was a deserved winner for some excellent performances in the middle of the park.
Herbie was due to receieve the award ahead of the Wigan game - our first home game in December- but was missing after testing positive in the build up.
However, he was back on duty today and will be hoping to celebrate with a win as the U's take on AFC Wimbledon this evening.
