The Ticket Office team have put in a monumental effort to send out all 4,000+ season cards in little over one week, the last of which was sent out to fans on Monday 9th at 5pm.
Originally cards were due to be sent via a third party but due to unforeseen circumstances they had to be processed in house.
Please be patient while you await your tickets.
Do not contact the Ticket Office ahead of Saturday’s game asking for an update. Please wait until your regular post has been on Friday 13th before contacting the team.
Alternate arrangements will then be made, there’s no need to worry ahead of the game.
For the first time, Oxford United will also be issuing digital season tickets for supporters to use alongside their traditional season cards. A small section of supporters will be selected for a trial ahead of Saturday’s fixture, if successful we’ll begin rolling out to all areas of the ground.
Supporters are reminded the most efficient way to resolve Yellows Account issues is to contact the Ticket Office via email ticketoffice@oufc.co.uk quoting your Fan Number. and leaving a daytime contact number for a member of the team to reach you on.
