Season Tickets: Case Studies

It can sometimes be tricky to work out your best options for a Season Ticket, so to help you make up your mind, we have put together some case studies to highlight some of the exciting possibilities that are available to you.

Meet Lucy, Cameron and James
Lucy has been a Season Ticket holder in the South Upper for as long as she can remember, and is occasionally joined by her has two sons called Cameron (10) and James (8) at matches. Lucy is desperate for her sons to get Season Tickets for 2020/21, however she is worried that she may not be able to afford to pay for two more seats.

Lucy calls up the Ticket Office to see what options she has available to her, and is surprised to hear that she would be able to buy Season Tickets for herself, Cameron and James in the North Stand Family area for £420 – which is £20 less than the £440 she paid for herself in 2019/20! What’s more, she can also benefit by letting Cameron and James play in Olly’s Den before the game whilst she catches up with friends in the concourse – everyone is a winner!

Meet Justine and Harry
Having recently retired, Justine and Harry have moved back to Oxford to be closer to their family. They met through their love of the U’s many years ago and are looking forward to watching their beloved team during their spare time.

They study the pricing table to see their options, and are delighted to see they can pick up their Over 65 Season Tickets in the South Upper Premium section for just £319 each. That means they’ll be cheering on Karl and the team from the best seats in the house for just £13.87 per match.

Meet John
John is a 21-year-old graduate who has been coming to watch the U’s with his family since he was six. He generally sits with his family in the South Lower, however he is now expected to pay for his own Season Ticket and is unsure whether he will be able to afford it.

John reads the Season Ticket information at oufc.co.uk and notices that the club have frozen prices in the East Stand, with adult prices just £299 for the 2020/21 campaign. Given he has some mates who already sit in the East Stand, he decides to sit with them and take advantage of the V12 Finance instalment plan to spread the cost of his payment across ten months.
