Max Harris Joins Oxford City On Loan

Oxford United’s young goalkeeper Max Harris has joined Oxford City on a month’s loan.

Max, the club’s under 23 goalkeeper, joins Kyran Lofthouse and Kevin Berkoe at City after their regular keeper Craig King picked up an injury during their game at Hungerford Town on New Year’s Day.

He goes in to the squad to face Wealdstone in the National League South tomorrow.

Under 23s coach Chris Allen told us:

“It’s a fantastic opportunity for Max. He has done really well for us and now he gets the chance to show what he can do in competitive matches and because Kyran and Kevin and already there we know he wil be well looked after by everyone at City where we can keep a really close eye on his progress.”
