With fans snapping up tickets for the next three matches via a ballot system for Season Ticket holders we have added to the FAQs after supporter feedback.
Ballot Launch FAQs
We thank fans for their help at the first two games where we could welcome them back. It has been amazing to have suppprters back at games and Karl and the team appreciate the support they have receieved. The atmosphere has been excpetional and we look forward to welcoming more fans as we go forward.
Why is it organised as three game blocks?
The club looked at as many options as possible, working with our ticket partners and talking to other clubs. We believe that the three game block system allows the greatest number of season ticket holders to attend games.
Can I choose which out of the 3 fixtures I attend?
You will not be able to pick which fixtures you attend, for example you can’t opt-out of Northampton to have a greater chance for the AFC Wimbledon or Doncaster fixtures.
What happens if I cannot attend the game I am allocated a ticket for?
Please contact the ticket office via ticketoffice@oufc.co.uk or 01865 337533 to let us know, and to tell us which of the two other games would be your preference (if any). We will then be able to reallocate your ticket(s) and we will try our best to exchange your place for one of the other two games.
If successful will I be automatically allocated a ticket or will I need to go online to “purchase” that ticket?
When a Season Ticket holder is successful, they will be automatically allocated a ticket without being required to undertake a further action. The supporter will receive an email confirming their success in the ballot
Which seats will be available?
Using the information gathered in this summer’s Social Bubble survey, they club have been able to construct a ‘social distanced’ seating plan which will be used for fixtures in the foreseeable future.
If your application is successful, every attempt will be made to seat you in the same stand as where your Season Ticket is located.
How will Season Ticket holders gain access to the Kassam Stadium?
For the foreseeable future, supporters will be issued with a digital ticket to gain access to the stadium – this can either be printed at home or loaded onto your smart phone wallet.
Why were tickets released at 10am when many people were working/at school or college?
Since this is a trial we needed to release tickets when office staff and Ticketmaster staff were available to iron out any issues. We have reviewed this process and will discuss with fan groups when is the best time to put future tickets on sale.
What will happen with iFollow?
All three matches will be available for all season ticket holders on iFollow, whether you attend or not
Can I give my ticket to another family member or somebody within my bubble?
Unfortunately not. The club needs to work with the safety autorities and follow all current covid guidelines. ID checks will be made on matchdays because at the moment we MUST only have the named person within the stadium: failure to follow the rules could mean no fans at future matches, which nobody wants to happen.
Is this system in place for the rest of the season?
This is a trial for three matches. The club always listens to supporter feedback and welcomes your thoughts on the system and feedback on the fan experience. If you have ideas or wish to pass on information please email ticketoffice@oufc.co.uk
Further FAQs will be added to this page as they arise.
