Oxford United Under-18s have today finalised their compliment of scholars for the 2019/20 season with the confirmation of powerful centre-forward Connor Ferguson.
Ferguson, who was part of the same schoolboy age-group as fellow scholars Tyler Goodrham, Jack Gardner and Callum Crook, joins the club as a late entry scholar having recently recovered from an ankle injury sustained whilst training with the club during the summer.
With the recent addition of midfielder Fabio Sole from Reading, the Oxford United Youth Team squad now contains the full compliment of eighteen scholars who will be looking to follow in the footsteps of recent graduate Shandon Baptiste into Karl Robinson's first team squad.
Lead PDP Coach Leon Blackmore-Such told us:
"We are pleased to have Connor on board after he spent the summer working with us. His hard work has paid off and we are looking forward to him joining back with a good set of lads within the U18s."
