OUFC Boys EPPP Academy are looking to add to their existing team with a part-time Strength & Conditioning Coach working within our U9s-U16s programme.
Reporting directly into the Head of Academy Strength and Conditioning/Academy Manager, prospective candidates will be joining Oxford United at an exciting time in the club’s history with recent appointments at ownership level, First Team management and Academy Manager along with a new, purpose-built Training Ground. The club is also beginning the process of moving towards Category Two Status for its Academy and this new role will be key in helping the club take the next step in this process.
