Oxford United's Under 23 and Under 18 sides took part in their first full training session ahead of the 2019/20 season today.
Spirits were high at the Training Ground as the Academy sides took to the grass for the first time as a whole group.
The youngsters began their prehab in the gym before a host of tough running drills followed by some ball work and small sided games. The Under 23’s then stayed for another gym session where they were put through a gruelling core session.
The preparations will continue later this week in Scotland, on a pre-season camp that coincides with the first team’s fixture with Rangers on Sunday.
The tour will conclude with a match against Motherwell U18s on Tuesday 9th July.
