Oxford United U18s are in action on Tuesday night in the Youth Alliance Cup Quarter Finals (7pm).
United youngsters go into the fixture after a terrific 6-2 win away at Cheltenham Town on Saturday and will be looking to continue their good run of form.
Midfielder Jack Stevens told us:
“It was really good to get a win and the three points on Saturday. That will put us in the right mindset going into Tuesday’s game. We know around the Christmas period it starts to get busy, so it was good to go to Cheltenham, score six and grab a goal myself which is what I’ve needed to start doing so we are looking forward to the game.”
It's a busy time for the youngsters who also welcome Maidenhead United in the FA Youth Cup third round at Thame United next Tuesday, December 10th, kick off 7pm. The winners of that tie will play Preston North End or Bristol City at home.
Match Information
Tuesday's game will be played at The Brache, Luton, LU1 3HH with a 7pm KO.
