Match Pack: Manchester City

Oxford United welcome Manchester City to the Kassam Stadium on Wednesday night and with a sold out crowd  here are a few helpful ideas to get the most out of your matchday.

TICKETS
The game sold out within days of going on sale and none will be available on the night. However tickets are still available for our home game against Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday and Lincoln City on Boxing Day: visit www.oufctickets.co.uk or call 01865 337533

PROGRAMME
The match programme is available around the ground for £3 and there are two versions available: one for home fans, featuring a tribute to Jim Smith on the cover, and one for away.
 
MINUTE'S APPLAUSE
We will be asking fans of both sides to join us in a minute's applause for Ron Saunders and Jim Smith just before kick off.
 
FAMILY
The Family Room is open for this game, between the North and East stands with free entry, activities and player visits from 6.30 onwards and we have a full Family Guide to games available here: OUFCFamily.pdf
 
SENSORY ROOM

GETTING TO THE GAME

Park & Ride buses leave from from Unipart from 5.45pm and then every 12 minutes until 7.35pm before the match returning after the final whistle until 10.26pm*

*This will be later in the event the match is decided by penalties.

A limited number of tickets remain priced at £3 per person (£1.50 Under 16s) but these MUST be purchased in advance online CLICK HERE or from the Ticket Office.

In addition the club has put on an additional bus on both the OX3 (Witney) and OX7 (Kidlington) routes. Full details are HERE

Stagecoach
1, 3, 3A, 12, 16 and 16A

The 1 and 5 routes operate every four minutes from the rail station and city centre to Spindlebury Close and Knights Road, which is just a five minute walk away.

The OX3 starts at Carterton and then picks up at Brize Norton, Witney, Eynsham and Botley, while the OX7 picks up at various stops in Kidlington as well as along the Banbury Road, Marston and Headington.

Parking
There are circa 2,000 free parking spaces at the stadium. Car Park A, in front of the South Stand will be held for a short period after 90 minutes for safety reasons.
 
Please remember there is a resident only parking scheme (controlled parking zones) around the vicinity of the stadium which is in force on match days. These are in parts of Minchery Farm and Blackbird Leys West along with Frys Hill and Brake Hill in Greater Leys.

Away fans
 Please park in the West car park - the one closest to the cinema and bowling complex at the fence end of the ground.

North Stand Movement
The Rapid Expansion System (RES Gate) will be in operation behind the North Stand which means fans cannot move from one end of the ground to the other behind that stand.
 
Any supporter with mobility impairment who requires assistance during the fixture is advised to locate an OUFC Supervisor (indicated by either a yellow / orange or orange coat)
 
SMOKING
Although there is no readmission if you leave the ground during the game Smoking Pens are provided in the North Away, East Stand and executive areas for half time.
