Oxford United U18s travel to Swindon Town in the FA Youth Alliance League on Saturday (KO 11am).
United go into the fixture on the back of an excellent win at home to Exeter City, where Callum Crook’s first half double was enough to secure the youngsters’ first victory of the season.
Nico Jones is unavailable as he serves the last game of his suspension whilst Slavi Spasov still recovers from injury.
After the first win of the season last week, Lead PDP coach Leon Blackmore-Such previewed Saturday’s game, telling us:
“A derby is a derby and myself and Chris Hackett are both local boys. They are doing well and have picked up two good results, so we are looking forward to it, but we’ll approach things in exactly the same way as we normally do.”
