The Oxford United Ticket Office staff are currently working through a number of double payments made over the weekend on our online system.
An error on the Ticketmaster site meant that some fans received an error message when booking, repeated their order, and were then charged twice.
This has now been sorted out and the staff are today refunding any double bookings made. If you believe you were affected then call 01865 337533, with your fan number if possible, and the staff will help you receive a refund.
The ticket office, club shop and club offices are all open for business as usual today.
