Karl Robinson has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month Award for March.
United's surge to safety led to Karl being shortlisted in the final four, with the winner being announced on Friday.
The Judges' comments on the top four were:
Karl Robinson (Oxford United)
The upturn in his side’s consistency which he has been seeking all season finally arrived with 13 points gained from six games. Most admirable has been his outward confidence which has continued to shield his players.
Lee Bowyer (Charlton Athletic)
It is a tribute to his quiet management style that Charlton are still flying under the radar despite sitting fifth in League One. His players trust in his messages and returned the favour by gaining 11 points from five unbeaten games.
Wally Downes (AFC Wimbledon)
Knew when he took over that results might worsen before they improved, but had the belief that his side would come good. They did so in March, winning four games out of six, picking up 13 points and spreading hope that they may avoid relegation.
Mick Harford (Luton Town)
It is too simplistic to suggest that he has a team which runs itself as Luton continue to charge towards automatic promotion. Motivating his players to maintain their standards, he led them to a 14-point haul from six unbeaten matches.
The judging panel comprises former Ipswich Town manager George Burley, Sky Sports’ EFL League expert Don Goodman; EFL Senior Media Manager Rob Meaden, League Managers’ Association Director Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet EFL Trader Ivor Davies.
