This Saturday is Military Day when Oxford United take on Gillingham at Grenoble Road, and we'd love fans to help us help a true Oxford fan...
United supporter Jack Cummings is taking part in the London Marathon on behalf of Blesma The Limbless Veterans charity.
He will be doing all 26.2 miles in his standard manual wheelchair that Blesma have provided, and he wants to give something back to them. Jack lost both his legs above the knee when an IED exploded as he was on duty in Afghanistan.
Jack is a regular at United games why not help us help one of our own:
His Just Giving page is https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/jack-cummings1 and he has raised just over half of his £2,000 target. Help him get the full amount.
Blesma, The Limbless Veterans, is dedicated to assisting serving and ex-Service men and women who have suffered life-changing limb loss or the loss of use of a limb, an eye or loss of sight.
