Oxford United Boys Academy is currently looking to employ a full-time "Head of Performance Analysis & Technology."
This exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and growing team would see the successful applicant having oversight for the Performance Analysis support programme across our U7s-U23s age groups and would suit someone with previous experience of working in elite sport.
Reporting in to the Academy Manager, applicants will have line management responsibility for a team of part-time and volunteer staff and will play a key role in shaping and developing the future of performance analysis within our Youth Development programme.
