Women Look to End Home Games In Style

Missing the football already? There’s no need...

This Sunday Oxford United Women will be playing their last home game of the season against Watford LFC in WSL2.

The game takes place on Sunday 13th May at Oxford City’s Court Place Farm , with a 2pm kick off.

It’s not just football though. Sunday is Family Fun Day with the gates open at 11:30am for a girls tournament with over 30 teams participating in three age groups.

There will be plenty of activities and games all around the ground along with Olly's Den and Olivia's snug and it’s easy to get to.

Oxford Bus Company, who are front of shirt sponsors of the club, are providing a special Park & Ride service from Thornhill Park & Ride to support the women’s team.

Supporters can park at Thornhill and take a free 10-minute shuttle bus to Court Place Farm. The service will be available after the game to return to Thornhill.

Luke Marion, Finance and Commercial Director at Oxford Bus Company, said: “We’ve been proud to sponsor Oxford United Women’s team for another season and see the progress they have made.

“It promises to be a very busy community day at Court Place Farm and so we were happy to help the football club provide supporters with a convenient way to travel to the event.”
