There is a familiar face in the Blackburn side tomorrow as Jack Payne lines up against the U's.
Payne left United for Rovers in January, on loan from Huddersfield, and will be hoping to help his new side win the title at a packed Ewood Park
“It’s been a really enjoyable season for me, starting at Oxford, making my way to Blackburn and achieving promotion." he told the Blackburn official site.
“Coming here to be part of a squad that has won most games since I have been here has been brilliant.
“The game at Doncaster was brilliant and we’ve enjoyed ourselves since then, apart from the game of Charlton of course. These sort of games are what you live for," he added when looking ahead to Saturday's game.
"It should be a great day on the final game of the season, especially with all our supporters there. It’ll be a great occasion with players, staff and fans all coming together to celebrate a great season.
“It’s not often in football you can go into games with a little bit less pressure on you, but we still want to get the win to see the summer in and send the fans off on a high. All the lads will enjoy it and relish the moment.
“It’s a massive club, there is no doubt about that. We’re pleased that we’ve repaid the fans and hopefully they can cheer us on to three points."
