Oxford United are pleased to announce another pre-season fixture, this time away at Aldershot Town.
The game on Tuesday 17th July (7.45pm) will see United take on one of the favourites for the Vanarama National League title next season.The Shots lost out in the play-offs this time around but under former U’s boss Gary Waddock are sure to be a great test for Karl Robinson’s new look United.
The U’s kick off pre-season with three games in Ireland before a ‘double-header’ with games against Oxford City and Hampton and Richmond Borough on Saturday 14th before their trip to take on the Shots. There is also a game at MK Dons, and at least two more friendlies to be announced just as soon as we receieve final confirmation.
