Oxford United can confirm that striker Kane Hemmings has left the U's for Notts County for an undisclosed fee.
Kane, 27, made 32 starts and 22 sub appearances for United after joining from Dundee in 2016, scoring 15 times.
He spent last season on loan at Mansfield Town where he also scored 15 times and will now link up with Kevin Nolan's County side at Meadow Lane.
Manager Karl Robinson said:
"We are looking to bring in new players up front and couldn't guarantee first team football for Kane, which is what he needs at his age. He leaves with our very best wishes and we thank him for his efforts on behalf of the club."
