Oxford United Walking Football Club are trying to ensure we are catering for all who wish to try walking football, and are keen to encourage female players to give it a go as well.
Walking Football is a fantastic way to keep fit and to socialise within a team envionment as well.
If you are female, over the age of 35 and wish to get / keep fit by playing football please contact OUFWC secretary Ken Wroe at kenwroe8@gmail.com You don't need to have played football before; it could be a fresh start and a new way of getting regular exercise.
If there is enough interest the Walking Football team will try and arrange specific female only sessions at the Oxford Academy, Sandy Lane West where training takes place.
