Come and join us for Oxford's Biggest Christmas Party.
Boxing Day is always a fantastic day at the U’s and we are going to have to start the party early this year.
On Saturday 23rd December we welcome Wigan Athletic to Grenoble Road so let’s get the party started with a perfect Christmas curtain raiser.
Tickets are on sale online at www.oufctickets.co.uk from 5.30pm today, Friday 17th November, and then in person and by phone from 9.30am on Monday 20th.
There will be loads of festive fun on the day: we will have full details of what we have planned coming very soon.
And tickets are also on sale, as above, for New Year's Day when we welcome MK Dons in Sky Bet League 1 (3pm). The perfect Christmas gift for any Oxford fan- why not bring your family along to join the New Year's Day fun?
Jumpers at the Ready
For the first time, Oxford United have a store in the city centre ready for your Christmas shopping. The store in the historic Covered Market, along with the larger shop at the ground itself, is starting to sneak one or two Christmas lines on to the shelves, and this year’s Oxford United Christmas Jumper is an absolute classic! Start adding it to your Christmas list and we’ll let you know when we are ready to launch.
Hospital Help
Every year the players visit the Oxford Children’s Hospital to chat to staff and patients and deliver presents and toys. The players and staff always donate for this but we have always had a fantastic response from fans as well.
Do you want to raise a smile this Christmas?
Then bring in a present or two, drop them off, and we will deliver to children who are perhaps going to be spending Christmas on the wards. All you have to do is bring in toys, games, book and things like colouring books, pens and crayons: they need to be new and we ask you not to wrap them so we can match the present to the most suitable recipient.
The hospital visit is on Wednesday December 20th so there are only two home games for you to bring presents in: at home to Blackburn next Tuesday and against Doncaster Rovers on Saturday December 9th. You can bring presents in during the week as well.
And all the trimmings…
There will be plenty going on in the build up to the big day. Look out for a Christmas countdown with our good friends at Liontrust, competitions with some great prizes on social media, a Christmas lunch on matchday and at the Manor club, plus some outstanding offers in the Club Shop.
All will be revealed right here as we get set for a very Merry Oxmas.
