Get behind the team as United take on MK Dons on 11th February
Saturday sees the U’s return to home action against MK Dons on and United will be working alongside the Yellow Army to make this another fantastic day to remember as we celebrate Fan Day.
Almost 4,000 Oxford fans made the trip to Milton Keynes earlier in the season and after a full house against Newcastle and unforgettable scenes in the away end at Swindon on Sunday we want the stadium to be buzzing once again as everyone gets behind Michael Appleton and his team for another big League 1 game.
The club will be working with the Yellow Army and with the Oxford Mail to turn the ground into a sea of yellow and blue. Fans in the Yellow Army will be helping to spread the word on social media and beyond in the build-up and have some great ideas to build excitement in the run up to the game, while the Oxford Mail will be adding colour to the game.
There will be fun activities around the ground before kick-off, including our women's side coaching skills and player visits in the excellent new Family Room and mascots Olly, Olivia and George the Lion will be joined by some costumed friends for a mascot race at half time.
There’s also a chance to head for the Oxford City Stars for an MK double-header as they take on Milton Keynes at the Oxford Ice Rink. This is part of our commitment to the “Oxfordshire United” movement which builds relationships between sports clubs across the whole of Oxfordshire. Tickets for their game can be purchased HERE.
Why not turn Fan Day into Fan Weekend and make it a triple-header of sport? On Sunday 12th February, Oxford United Women kick off their new Spring Series at home to Everton.
Season tickets for the WSL are available at just £12 for adults, £6 concession, which gives you entry to all four home games at Abingdon United. Click HERE to buy your tickets.
