Injured pair back on the pitch today
Two of Oxford United’s injured players take important steps today when they return to match action.
Midfielder Ryan Ledson has been out of action for the last three weeks with a knee injury but has stepped up his training and has been involved in full training this week. He has been joined by forward Rob Hall who has trained fully this week for the first time since returning to the club on a permanent deal this summer.
Rob came back to the U’s while recovering from a knee injury but has worked very hard with Andrew Proctor and the medical team and is fast approaching full fitness.
Both are scheduled to play for the Development side in a behind closed doors friendly against MK Dons later today.
They are part of a strong squad that also includes Benji Buchel, Sam Long, Aaron Martin, Miles Welch-Hayes, Charlie Raglan, Alex MacDonald, Ryan Taylor, Kane Hemming and Josh Ruffels.
We will have a full report right here as soon as possible after the final whistle.
