U's team up with the Oxford Mail to spread the OX4Wembley word
Oxfordshire is heading for Wembley and it’s time to start spreading the word.
Oxford United take on Barnsley in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final at Wembley on Sunday April 3rd and Oxfordshire is getting behind the U’s for this, the club’s third ever visit to Wembley.
The U’s have has teamed up with media partners the Oxford Mail to produce a fantastic A4 poster that is being given away FREE with the Oxford Mail today.
With the initial design coming from a supporter, we want everyone to help us spread the word by displaying the poster in a window, on a notice board, at schools, pubs, colleges, shops and businesses: anywhere that you think will be noticed.
Then tweet us a picture of the poster with the hashtag #OX4Wembley. The best pictures will be in a match programme as well as a gallery online at oufc.co.uk and featured in the Oxford Mail.
The Oxford Mail is out now and will be available FREE with tonight’s match programme (while stocks last) as United welcome York City to the Kassam Stadium.
You can also download the Wembley poster for free HERE
Want to help? Then contact sgooding@oufc.co.uk and we can supply you with posters for your town or village and you can join the army of helpers who will be out and about over the next few days giving posters away and making sure that the whole of Oxfordshire gets behind the U’s.
