U's looking for new matchday receptionist in hospitality area
We are looking for a customer focussed person to join our matchday team as a Hospitality Receptionist.
Each home matchday, hundreds of corporate guests and other club visitors pass through the hospitality reception at the Kassam Stadium. The matchday receptionist will work closely with the sales support team to ensure that all visitors receive a warm and professional welcome to the stadium. They will give out the necessary tickets and access passes, as well as providing information on how to get to the area of the stadium that they require.
The role is for every home fixture, including all cup games, starting work around three hours before kick-off until an hour after the final whistle.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to remain calm when working under pressure at times. Finally, we are looking for candidates who are well presented, flexible, resilient and proactive. No experience is necessary, but some relevant customer service experience is preferred.
