Former United centre half Saturday's special guest
Oxford United are pleased to announce that the guest of honour for Saturday's sell-out Emirates FA Cup fourth round tie against Blackburn Rovers is Dave Roberts.Dave made 176 appearances for the U's over a four-year period, scoring eight goals, and was a rock at the heart of Oxford's defence. He earned the first eight of his 17 Wales caps while at the Manor and his solid displays made him a true Manor legend.
He will join us on Saturday in the Textures Flooring Legends Lounge and SCM Restaurant before the game and on the pitch at half-time. We also have an in-depth interview with Dave in Saturday's programme, in which he said: "I’m really looking forward to coming back to Oxford though - it’s always the first result I look for on a Saturday because I had such a good time here."
