U's against the Robins at Abingdon United
There’s another chance to watch Oxford United take on Swindon Town on Saturday morning when United’s under 18s take on the Robins in the Football League Youth Alliance.
Fresh from a 2-1 win at Yeovil last weekend, United’s youngsters will be keen to repeat their 3-1 win over Swindon earlier in the season. Keeper Jack Stevens and defender Canice Carroll have both been on the bench for the first team this season while striker George Jeacock will look to add to his three goals in the last two games.
Admission is free so why not pop along to Abingdon United for an 11am kick off on Saturday before coming along to the Kassam Stadium to see United take on Barnet in the afternoon.
Following last night’s results in the qualifying round the Youth Team now know that they will face Kidlington in the first round of the FA Youth Cup. The game is scheduled to be played at Abingdon United on November 3rd, kick off 7.45pm. Full details will follow.
