York Game is Supporters Day
Bank Holiday Monday is Supporters Day at Oxford United and things are building towards the biggest crowd of the season.
With Season Ticket holders able to bring a Friend for Free to see the U’s take on York City there should be a fantastic atmosphere at the Kassam Stadium and fans are invited to join us in the brand new Supporters Bar.
This is a new marquee located in the car park next to the Ox in front of the South Stand.
Many fans have commented on pre-match atmosphere since the Priory pub closed down so the Supporters Bar will offer a wide range of real ale, cider and lager in a new facility for fans as a trial with next season in mind.
The bar will open to all at 12 noon with discounted Happy Hour pricing between 12:30pm and 1.30 pm for season ticket holders (on production of their season ticket).
Get here early and enjoy Happy Hour as the big match approaches.
The bar is free to enter and open to home and away fans.
Children’s activities will be available plus the opportunity to meet and have a pint with key individuals from the football club including Chairman Darryl Eales and Chief Executive Mark Ashton.
The bar will be open from 12 noon to 2.45pm pre-match and for an hour following the final whistle. We would be delighted if as many supporters as possible would join us with BBC Radio Oxford bringing you live updates from the Supporters Bar in the pre-match build up.
Season Ticket Holders looking to take advantage of the ‘Bring a Friend for Free’ offer for this game just need to call 01865 337533 to book your free ticket and then hand in Voucher E at reception when you pick the ticket.
Tickets are also available online at www.oufctickets.co.uk (although the Free Ticket offer is only available over the phone)
Monday will be a great Bank Holiday day out for all the family so book your place today and get behind the U’s.
