Yellow Army to sell new range of goods on Saturday
The Yellow Army have produced an array of badges, scarves, car stickers and key rings, that will go on sale across the stadium on Saturday as United welcome Burton Albion.
All profits will go towards helping the Oxford United Youth and Community Trust and supporting to improve the match-day atmosphere.
Captain Jake Wright said: "The Yellow Army has been right behind us all season and we're proud they're backing the club in this way, the new stuff look fantastic.
"I'm sure any money made from this venture will be of great help to the club."
Minimum cash donations are being asked of £2 for badges, £10 for scarves, £2 for car stickers and £3 for key-rings. The Yellow Army has produced 1,000 badges, 100 scarves and 250 car stickers and key-rings that contain a shopping trolley token.
They will be on sale at home games from Sue Trafford's stall and around the ground. The club will also have a shop in the supporters bar from Saturday.
All of the products will display the Yellow Army logo, which bears the traditional Oxford United logo, by permission of the club. Please support your club by snapping up the products for yourself, your family and friends.
The move follows on the Yellow Army's previous projects including the summer party, the big walk, raising money to buy David Langan's United medals and the away day at Mansfield.
Matt Organ of the Yellow Army said: "We hope fellow fans embrace the new products, as every penny raised will directly help our football club.
"I think the items look really good and are the perfect way to display your colours."
U's Joe Nicholls, added: "This is what the Yellow Army is about - pulling together to raise funds to help our football club. It makes me very proud to support Oxford United and to be part of the Yellow Army."
