Charlton game postponedagain
Wednesday night's FA Cup third round tie at Charlton Athletic has been postponed again due to a waterlogged pitch.
Although covers are now on the pitch the surface at the Valley is unplayable and high winds make is unsafe to use the heaters under the covers to dry the pitch out.
The game will now take place on Tuesday 14th January, kick off 7.45pm
Tickets for the original game remain valid for the re-arranged date and supporters who have not got a ticket can pay on the night.
United had sold over 1,400 tickets for the game and if supporters are unable to attend the new date then they need to return the tickets by no later than 3pm on MATCHDAY to get a refund. This can be done in person at the ticket office or by post to Ticket Office, Oxford United, The Kassam Stadium, Grenoble Road, Oxford, OX4 4XP.
If returning tickets by post then you MUST include your name and a daytime telephone number to obtain a refund.
The Oxford United ticket office will no longer be open late tonight.

With a large away following United’s official travel club had booked five coaches for this game. These will now depart on matchday at
3.15pm from the Ice Rink
3.30 pm from the Stadium.
Tickets are valid for the new date but if supporters who booked are not able to travel to the new date they can obtain a refund on their coach ticket .
