Get behind the U's at Southend
This Saturday will see 'Ultimate Support Away Day' as the U's travel to Southend United.
The day is the brainchild of supporter Joe Nicholls, who helped organise the very successful home version earlier in the season when United took on Northampton Town.
Joe said:
"The idea of Ultimate Support Away Day is to try and get as many Oxford fans in the away end as possible, and have good day out watching Oxford United, with many fellow yellows.
"Southend away was chosen as there is space for up to 2,000 away fans, and with a low roof, the noise we can generate will mean we can create a noisy atmosphere, and it will be even better with a large away following.
"Every season, It would be good to have one away game, that we try to get everyone to come to, to have a really good away day. The great thing about supporting Oxford United, is we can go to away games in huge numbers, and its a great feeling to be a part of that.
"Whether it be by car, minibus, train or coach, we hope as many Oxford fans as possible will come to Southend to be a part of the first Ultimate Support Away day. This is for every Oxford United fan."
United fans have been allocated unreserved covered seating in the Andrews Taxis Stand for this game. Please note that admission prices will increase on the day of the game. Advanced tickets are now on GENERAL SALE until 3.00pm on Friday February 1st at the following prices:

TRAVEL (106 miles from Oxford)
By Car
From M25 take Junction 29 and follow the A127 to Southend. Continue towards the town centre, through the lights near to the Bell Pub. At the next roundabout turn right (3rd turning), continuing on the A127. The ground is on the right just past the next traffic lights.
By Train
The closest station to the ground is Prittlewell, about a five minute walk away. It is served by trains from London Liverpool Street. As you exit the station turn right, you will then come to a crossroads with traffic lights. On your right is the 'Fish House', fish and chip shop. Pass this and turn right. Walk about 100 yards and the ground is tucked away on your left.
If you happen to end up at Southend Central station (served by trains from London Fenchurch Street), you're about a 25 minute walk from the ground. The main bus station is close to Southend Central, and therefore it may be ideal to get a bus up to the ground, rather than walking.
