Oxford U18s face Swansea in the FA Youth Cup tonight
Oxford United's under-18s squad travel to Stebonheath Park, Llanelli today to take on Premier League Swansea City in the third round of the FA Youth Cup, with a home game against Cardiff City awaiting the winners. The game kicks off at 7pm, with admission £3 adults and £2 for under-16s and over-65s. OUFClive will be there with Twitter updates throughout the game with a full report right here at the final whistle.Coach Chrissy Allen told the official website "The team is going to be the usual mixture of scholars, under-16s and under-17s. It's good because the under-16s get a chance to showcase themselves in a high-profile game.
"It's still the same preparation. The only difference is you might get the opportunity to have a look at them beforehand, whereas in league games you don't get to look at the opposition; you just know what they've been like in previous meetings and prep for that but in FA Youth Cup games you get the chance to go and watch them so the preparation is that bit better."
The boys will line up like this: Martin, Clarke, McCormack, Cundy, Grant, Hackett, Ashby, George, Humphreys, Roberts, Calvin
Subs: Conte, Jeacock, Humphries, Welch-Hayes, Golden
