TEAM NEWS
Dave Kitson will again miss out through suspension and Asa Hall is a doubt due to illness. The on-loan Shrewsbury midfielder is rated 50/50 after coming down with a virus, with Scott Davies standing by after Josh Ruffels limped off in the game against Scunthorpe.

THE OPPOSITION
Newport are in the last play-off spot right now, just a point behind United. Keeper Lenny Pidgeley has been cleared to play after fracturing his thumb in Sunday's 1-0 defeat at Burton Albion. Newport's other keeper Jamie Stephens is injured and it was feared defender Andy Sandell might have to play in goal but Pidgeley is set to continue.
