Craddock starts

Lee Cox sidelined

Two-goal hero from the Southend game Tommy Craddock has earned his reward with a place in the starting line-up against Plymouth Argyle at the Kassam Stadium this afternoon.

Craddock takes his place up front alongside Deane Smalley as a slight groin injury to midfielder Lee Cox sees United start the game with a 4-4-2 formation. Cox is likely to be out for a few days, and will miss United's double-header in Yorkshire against Leeds United and York City next week.

This means that Adam Chapman and Jake Forster-Caskey will form the central midfield duo, flanked by Alfie Potter and Sean Rigg. The defence remains unchanged from the 2-0 midweek win over Southend United.

United: Clarke, Batt, Raynes, Wright, Capaldi, Potter, Chapman, Forster-Caskey, Rigg, Smalley, Craddock

Subs: McGinty, Heslop, Constable, Pittman, Brown, Evans, Marsh
