Stadium behaviour on matchdays

Kassam Stadium

Oxford United have had a truly exciting start to life in the Sky Bet Championship, with the Kassam Stadium seeing sold-out crowds and positive results aplenty.

We would like to thank the supporters for their continued support through this exciting time, while reminding of the importance of good behaviour at both home and away fixtures.

The support you offer helps to create an incredible atmosphere up and down the country as you help spur the team to victory. However, we would again like to emphasise that the club will not tolerate any anti-social behaviour from fans and ask that you adhere to our club policy when it comes to fan behaviour. The Club policy can be found here.

Oxford United takes a zero-tolerance approach and we would like to remind supporters that we do not condone anti-social behaviours on any level. The club is proactive with sanctions such as using Banning Orders or Acceptable Behaviour Contracts to establish agreed behaviours so that the fans, and the public, can continue to enjoy watching football safely.

Fans should note, that the possession and/or use of pyrotechnics at a fixture are not only endangering the safety of everyone in the stadium, but will result in an immediate ban.

In what is an exciting time for the football club we would like to ensure all supporters attending games both home and away feel they are coming into a safe and inclusive environment. These measures allow our supporters to enjoy the atmosphere and passion of an Oxford United match in a safe space.

Thank you again for your support and we look forward to welcoming you to the Kassam once again.
