Oxford United can confirm that the rebate period is now open for unused match tickets in the curtailed 2019/20 season
Supporters who purchased a ticket for at least one of the home fixtures with MK Dons or Portsmouth, or the away fixtures with Wycombe Wanderers or Rochdale, now have three options to decide how they use their outstanding balance:
1. Waive your rebate for the benefit of the club - To take up this option, you have no action to take. Please note, if you choose to waiver your refund to help support the club, ALL revenue, including that from away ticket purchases will remain with Oxford United. Thank you so much for your incredible support and generosity to our club during this testing time.
2. Use your rebate as a ticket credit - To use your rebate as a credit for a 2020/21 Season Ticket or Match Tickets, please fill out the credit rebate form by clicking HERE
3.Request a refund for your rebate - If you wish to claim a refund for the value of your rebate total, please fill out the refund rebate form by clicking HERE
Supporters are advised that you will only be able to select one rebate option for your full total. For example, if you purchased a Portsmouth ticket for £20 and a Wycombe ticket for £15, you can only request a rebate for the total of £35. We are unable to offer the ability to split your rebate total across ticket credit and refund.
The deadline to submit your request is 5pm on Thursday 23rd July, all requests received thereafter cannot be guaranteed.
The club understands there will be some supporters who purchased tickets from the Ticket Office windows and may not have them associated with your account. Once it is safe to do so we will be offering a walk-up to the Ticket Office option whereby refunds can be secured, please keep an eye on the official website for full details once we have them available.
