Scunthorpe boss Graham Alexander is expecting a tough game against the U's.
Alexander told the Scunthorpe Telegraph: “The manager will probably change their playing style more than anything else.
“Oxford have started really well with two wins in two games so it will be a really tough match but Oxford are always a decent team to compete against.
“They are competitive and they are never a team that struggles – they are always there or thereabouts.
“We know the quality they have, but we know the quality we have as well and that is the biggest focus for me – to get the best out of my team.
“When we are as close to maximum as we can get, we can cause any team problems and that is the target.”
