Join us at the Kassam Stadium next Monday
Oxford United fans will get their chance to meet the players in the build up to the big kick off when the club holds an open training session at the Kassam Stadium on Monday August 3rd.
Following on from a highly successful open session in Austria, fans are invited to come along and watch training and then meet the players and have their picture taken for a special team photo with the squad.
Mascots Olly and Olivia will be on hand to meet the youngsters and there will be a chance to chat with staff and players.
Head Coach Michael Appleton said:
“It was great to see the fans and players mixing together out in Austria and we wanted to do something similar over here during the school holidays when kids can come along and get involved. It will be a full training session and a chance for the players to get used to the new pitch, but also a day where supporters can get an insight into training in the week before the first game of the season at home to Crawley.”
Admission is FREE, with fans also able to try the new scanning system that will allow supporters to print tickets at home for league games. The fun starts at 10am- join us by the flags outside the main entrance to the stadium.
