An Update fromt he Retail team
Further to our update earlier this week, we received our first batch of this season’s replica kit on Friday– totalling approximately 30% of the total order. We expect the remaining kit, including all away shirts and shorts to be delivered next week.
This initial delivery of home shirts has enabled us to ensure that all 250 of our junior #Ox4Life supporters will have their new yellow shirts ready for collection at Saturday's game against Crawley Town. We will set up a special #Ox4Life collection point in The Manor Bar (adjacent to the ticket office) at The Kassam Stadium from 1pm. We’re urging all supporters who purchased their #Ox4Life package to come along nice and early to collect their shirts and season tickets.
Friday’s delivery has also enabled us to process a further 200 pre-orders of the adult home shirt. All supporters whose order has been processed have been contacted by email, as their shirts will also be available to collect from The Manor Bar area on Saturday afternoon. We will of course refund the postage paid for supporters collecting their shirt
Unfortunately, we’ve not been able to process all pre-orders on Friday – including those including away shirts, away shorts and home shorts. We’ve also not been able to process all of the Junior (non-Ox4Life) orders for home shirts. We expect to be able to fulfil these orders as soon as the final delivery is made next week. We’re all frustrated with the small delay and again apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Finally, an update on the unit previously used by the Club Shop, next to Gala Bingo. This unit won’t be in operation on Saturday, however supporters will be able to purchase a range of gifts, souvenirs, scarves, mugs and training wear from the area within The Manor Bar. Supporters will also be able to pre-order their home and away replica kit ahead of next week’s second delivery. Our retail staff will be on hand to assist with collections, pre-orders and general enquiries. It remains our desire to establish a more permanent retail unit adjacent to the stadium and we urge fans to bear with us as we strive to make this happen.
