TRAVEL (47 miles from Oxford)
Take the A43 towards Northampton and you will come to the ground on your right. The Sixfields stadium is well signposted around the area. There are two large sized car parks located at the ground, which cost £4.
Travelling by train? Northampton train station is over two miles from the ground, so it is probably best to hire a taxi. Buses also run directly past the train station.
Stagecoach run buses from Greyfriars bus station. You can get the D1/D2/D3 (15 and 45 mins past each hour) from bay 12 that run to the bus stop by the Sixfields roundabout. The 22/22A (10 and 40 mins past the hour) runs from bay 14 to the bus stop by the Study Centre on Edgar Mobbs Way. The number 5 from bay 14 (56 and 26 mins past the hour) runs to the bus stop by Sainsburys. You can also get the 9/9A from bay 13 (every 10 minutes) but you have to walk from the Weedon Road. Ask for a day rider (£3.40 which is cheaper than official car parks) and you get unlimited travel on all Stagecoach buses for the whole day so it is a reasonable price and allows you to have a drink!
